It's hard to describe the level of effort and expertise exhausted by Ichtus in his relentless persuit of getting us in into our first home. We came to him being relatively defeated by our previous experiences with brokers, we were fairly sure the economy and system were against us. Ichtus from the get go was relatable and sympathetic to our situation as young first home buyers. In clear, understandable language he laid out the situation, the challenges we faced, and what was required from us to achieve our goals. And I believe what really sets Ichtus apart is that he wasn't deterred by anything we threw at him, there was never a moment with Ichtus where my partner and I felt that it may just not be possible for us. To be more specific, my partner and I came to Ichtus with fairly low income, around 15k deposit, and no outside financial aid (parents ect) to speak of.
