Above and beyong from start to finish

We honestly couldn’t recommend our Ichtus and Katie highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and made what could have been a really stressful process feel so much easier. He was incredibly down to earth, approachable and always made us feel comfortable asking questions, no matter how small. His communication was outstanding, and he would go above and beyond to make sure everything was progressing and getting done, even contacting us outside of normal hours when needed. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us and making sure everything came together smoothly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always knew we were in safe hands.
