Great support through first mortgage process

Ichtus and Katie were invaluable in guiding us through the first homebuying process, so many life delays and an absolutely crazy market at the time, I think we were on and off the process for a bit over a year. We attended one in person for the papers, throughout the whole process we were in contact on the phone and email for quick questions or on Teams after dinner for hashing out the products and IDs. Also while house hunting was great to be able to quickly set up a call for some real estate 101, and the place we ended up securing had some time conditions attached, so his willingness to move fast probably helped lock in our offer. Overall, houses are incredibly stressful endeavours, 100% recommend getting yourself an Ichtus to ensure the 30 year debt part is actually the easiest part.
