As a first home buyer in Australia, I was naturally quite nervous and had limited knowledge of the market and requirements. Right from the start, Stephen explained all the basics, and was always available to chat if I had any questions, whether it was loan related or otherwise. Stephen managed to obtain a better interest rate on more favourable terms within a very short space of time, and always took the time to fully explain terms, conditions and what I needed to provide him with in order to proceed. Not only did he do an amazing job in assisting me with the financing process, but he went above and beyond.
