We are from the UK and wanted to purchase our first property in a different state to where we lived with a very tight budget so we were never going to be a very straightforward case. We spoke to a few agents and they treated us very generically and gave us a max purchase price which would have secured us a house but not the home we wanted for our family. Then we spoke to Stephen who looked at so many different options to increase our budget so we could secure our dream house. Initially we wondered if it would work as his calculations were so much better than others so we didn’t want to get so excited. We worked with Stephen sometimes daily over a 6 week period until we secured our beautiful new home which was in line with his initial calculations so we were ecstatic. We had a few curve balls during the process due to being in the Country less than a year but Stephen managed to effortlessly sort all of these issues and present solutions. I don’t normally write reviews but we are so grateful for the individual time and attention he gave us, we felt like his only client. Furthermore, he walked us through every step of the way and took all of the anxiety away especially as we’re buying in a new Country and a different state. The most important thing to us is our family and Stephen really helped us buy a forever family home that our children can grow up in. At settlement, Stephen once again followed up to answer my questions on how things will work in the future if interest rates go down - it was good to know he'll follow up with us instead of us having to add it to our 'to-do' list. We're now settled into our dream home and I'd absolutely recommend Lending Loop to others.
