As we had dealt with Jai in the past, we decided to refinance our current loan - following his advice. The refinancing was to take advantage of the competitive interest rates available. We were advised to refinance through the Commonwealth Bank. The process was started and approved, thanks to the efforts of Jai, Serena and Maggie.
