We have used Jai and the team on multiple occasions for home and investment home loans and we must say they have made the process absolutely seamless. One of the toughest exercises to go through with a home loan is outlining, categorising and justifying your expenses to the banks and Jai makes this experience pleasant which isn't easy to do. His commonsense approach to this and liaising with the banks was a weight off our shoulders. Coupled with the IT platform Jai uses to gather our information it made every loan application seamless.
