We have used Jai and the team on multiple occasions for home and investment home loans and we must say they have made the process absolutely seamless. One of the toughest exercises to go through with a home loan is outlining, categorising and justifying your expenses to the banks and Jai makes this experience pleasant which isn't easy to do. His commonsense approach to this and liaising with the banks was a weight off our shoulders. Coupled with the IT platform Jai uses to gather our information it made every loan application seamless. Jai's market knowledge and understanding of the nuances of each bank definitely gave us supreme confidence that the financial institutions that we have chosen will be perfectly suited to our family. Housing loans are generally not a fun exercise to go through, however we know that in future when we buy again that Jai and his team will make our experience pain free.
