Beyond 5 star!!!

I can’t recommend my Jai and his team highly enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, took the time to genuinely understand my situation and what I was trying to achieve, and gave me thoughtful advice on the best way forward. The entire process was handled with such professionalism. Jai's team was incredibly responsive, quick to action everything required and kept me regularly updated throughout the progress of my loan. They went above and beyond, stayed back after hours to make sure important deadlines were met, which made such a difference. What I appreciated most was how reassuring and supportive Jai was during the moments when I was feeling stressed or anxious about the process. He always made me feel that everything was under control and that there was a solution. Buying a home and navigating finance can be incredibly stressful, but having someone knowledgeable, patient and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your goals makes all the difference. I’m extremely grateful for everything Jai and Lief did for me and would recommend them without hesitation.
