Top 1% of brokers in Australia........i'll explain why
These days, everyone in your circle seems to say, "Hey, if you need a broker, I know a guy"
Over the past 15 years, I’ve purchased 5 or 6 properties, and one thing I’ve learned is that not all mortgage brokers deliver the same outcome.
I’ve also worked with a few brokers who came recommended and were (usually because they were a friend of a friend), but they gave poor advice, wrong timelines, and even made critical application errors. That kind of situation can cost you serious money or even the property.
Then, about 10 years ago, I was introduced to Jarrod, who was known as the fixer, to help fix a deal that another broker had completely messed up. I have never used another broker again.
I’ve just used Jarrod again this past month, this time not as a full-time employee at a Big 4 bank, but as a self-employed applicant with complex financials in an even more complex timeline.
Jarrod personally went through every financial doc, every BAS, every payslip, every statement, line by line. No shortcuts. Just real due diligence to make sure when he says you’re going to be approved, you are.
Out of all the properties I’ve purchased, this one was by far the most complex, but Jarrod pulled it off well ahead of the deadline, somehow. Not only does he have the experience, but he also has real decade-long relationships inside the banks, which can make all the difference when it comes down to getting prioritised or understanding which banks have the most suitable risk/financial assessment processes for your situation.
I know how easy it is to read reviews and think, how much weight should I give to this. I do the same.
All I can do is say: Jarrod is easily top 1% of brokers in the country. His experience of 20 years and relationships at every bank make this evident. I will never risk gambling on another broker again, and neither should you.
