Jason was a true professional with great communication. He did all the work so that we didn't have to and kept us well informed. Unfortunately we came across some road blocks due to our circumstances, however Jason was able to guide us through. The only area that I felt was lacking (and this may be due to my lack of understanding of how banks and mortgages work) was the feeling of assurance that we were getting the best interest rate possible. Jason provided us with multiple options based on our requirements, all with low advertised interest rates, but there was no "haggling" with the bank to say "these people have a great credit rating, surely you can do better". What was advertised was what was available, and that's just not what I expected. In the end however, we were happy with how our interest rate compared to what was available and appreciated all the work Jason did for us.
