I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic service we recieved from Jason. At the time my wife and I were buying our first home, my wife experienced a family emergency and had to spend most of her time in Sydney, a four hour drive away. It was a really stressful time for us. Jason was so accommodating, empathetic and understanding, going above and beyond to make the process smooth and simple for us. He was calm, relaxed and positive in all our interactions. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Jason was recommended to me by a friend when we were about to lose our investment property after working so hard to secure. It was at an extremely difficult time, in the middle of covid19 and no bank's would look at us because of the commercial nature of our investment. After having no success with a number of mortgage brokers and running out of time, Jason with his first hand knowledge, being a banker himself was able to negotiate a deal with the bank on our behalf. If it wasn't for Jason, we would not have been able to proceed with our our investment. Highly Highly Highly Recommend Jason Sherman. With a 4 hour travel time between us all correspondence was by phone & email. Normally I would hate this as I’m a face to face person however Jason answered every question big or small in a way that I could understand. No question was silly to him and I had lots.
