Excellent communication!

Shane & Jason were excellent to deal with. I mainly worked with Shane and his communication was spot on, I was updated often and never left guessing. Shane explained things thoroughly and made sure I understood each aspect of the process, including what to expect and estimated timeframes (which were also spot on).
