My experience with Jen was great. Before deciding on a refinance option, Jen was very attentive and helped me clarify what I was looking for in a refinance option. She was also very knowledgeable and taught me a few things I would have never worked out alone. Once we decided on the right option they made the refinancing process as smooth as possible.
