Jerry wouldn’t let us take the fast and easy route when it came to making changes. He wanted to ensure everything was properly sorted, organised and ready to go before submitting any paperwork. Rather than rushing the process, he made sure all the pieces were in place first, so we could move forward knowing everything had been done properly.

Jerry and team went out and found the best result for our situation, the process was easy and clean. Highly recommended to all.

Jerry’s communication was excellent from start to finish. Every call and email was answered quickly, and he kept me updated at each stage without me having to chase. He explained everything in plain English and was always on time with deadlines and follow-ups. A very smooth experience, and I’d happily recommend him.

Jerry is a great guy with a great attitude we like is personable when he talks to you.

First, I would like to thank God that G has connected us with Jerry Finau. He explained matters sincerely and responded to all of our questions. He clearly understood the essence of our conversation and provided appropriate responses that related well to our Pacific Island situation. I highly recommend him for the Infinity Customer Relationship Agent Management position due to his outstanding knowledge and excellent service.
