Jess didn't have an easy job with our mortgage application. My husband and I are both self employed which definitely made things tricky... it was also Decemeber and with so many public holidats etc... we were so worried we'd blow out past our 35 days to get finance. But because Jess was such a trooper... not only did we get approval in time, we also got a competitive interest rate! I was so so thrilled with Jess and would recommend her to literally EVERYONE.

She was with me every step of the way from the initial information gathering, right through to settlement and gave me regular updates along the way, at least once a day, so I always knew where I was up to.
