After my very first phone conversation with Jess I knew she was ‘the one’. As a single mum needing to refinance as part of my post-divorce property settlement, I needed an experienced broker who was who was also sensitive to my situation. Jess put me at ease straight away with her calm confidence and thorough knowledge of the application process. She was with me every step of the way from the initial information gathering, right through to settlement and gave me regular updates along the way, at least once a day, so I always knew where I was up to. Any time I had a question or concern I received a reply almost straight away. Initially I had been unsure if I would be approved for a loan with any bank but Jess came back with 4-5 lenders for me to choose from and provided in-depth advice on each one so I could make an informed decision on which one to apply for.
