Jess always did her best to be available to us when we needed assistance the most - we work 9-5, so we didn't have much time during the day and could mostly communicate after work or on weekends. Very professional and quickly learned what we needed from her and she tailored her approach to suit our needs. Market knowledge was 10/10, always felt like we were in safe hands and as first home buyers, this was extremely important to us considering how complicated the thought of buying a house is. She organised everything and always made sure we were kept up to date and kindly reminded us if we still had outstanding actions needing to be completed. Now you might be thinking “Gosh I can’t take this review as true because it’s her sister” and I get it but you have to think if anyone is going to be brutally honest it’s going to be a sibling 😉 Now if there is one thing Jess is good at its numbers, she can’t spell to save her life but my god is she good with figures. Jess has been at me to buy a house for years but I honestly never really believed it could be something I could do, I had no savings, on a ok but not great income and with a child, renting was what I expected my future to be for the foreseeable future. Well when life really crashed around me Jess was straight to the numbers, gave me the numbers for the savings and how to get there. She checked in almost daily 😅 and I got there in just over 6 months. My budget was low but my hopes were high, Jess was with me every step of the way guiding me through looking at houses, questions to ask and putting in offers, which honestly must have been pain staking as I had no idea what I was doing 😂 When it came to the home loan Jess was quick, getting the application through in a matter of days and working her magic to get it over the line (and I’m meaning some absolute magic and an insane amount of luck) Now you are probably reading this going “yea but it’s her sister of course she would do all that for her” and look you are probably right in some manner but I’m honestly not the only person she has gone above and beyond for, Jess is the kindest most caring person and the effort she goes to for her clients and the people she cares about shows (read the other reviews, it’s all there) I whole heartedly recommend Jess to everyone because if there is one thing my sister can do best (other then being an amazing mum to the best nephews ever) it’s writing a bloody good home loan
