Great experience

I had such a great experience with Jess and her team. She was friendly, helpful, and supportive right from the start, and the whole process of getting pre-approval felt so much easier because of her. Her team were great at making sure I had the right documents and were always following up and keeping things on track Jess worked through the Christmas holiday period and nothing ever felt like too much trouble and she was just genuinely lovely to deal with.
