Always above and beyond

This was our second loan with Jess, this time to refinance our mortgage for renovations and to start to make steps towards bettering our financial future and our forever family home. The time of year totally threw us some massive curveballs that none of us saw coming but as always, Jess handled them with ease and grace. When everything fell in a heap after settlement in the days before Christmas, Jess took time away from her family to do all that she could for ours. She has connections in the right places, and compassion abounds. Working with Jess always feels like working with a friend, nothing is too big or too small, everything is handled with care, and we will continue to work with her for as long as she has space for us on her books.
