Choosing to work with josh to buy our first home was one of the best choices we have made. He spent the time in getting things right the first time so there was no back and forths with the banks, he spoke to us in a way we could understand what was happening and kept us in the loop the whole process. I hear horror storeys of people buying houses and how stress full it can be but we didn't have any of that with josh he really made the effort in making sure we had a good experience. This was my first time buying a house, and I was a bit nervous going into this with so little knowledge or experience. But Josh was excellent!
