My partner and I first met Josh 2 years before we actually bought our house. Back when we were working part time, studying and had minimal savings. Josh advised us on what to do each step of the way and where he wanted us to be in order to achieve the best outcome. Meetings with him involved me asking 1000's of questions and Josh answering them in easy to understand ways. After several pre-approvals, lost offers and hard work we finally got our house. Josh helped us at every stage and we are so grateful. We recommend him to everyone who is looking at buying their first home.

Josh is such an efficient and reliable broker. He spends quality time breaking everything down for you to ensure you understand what he is organising for the loan. He is super friendly and funny and is a very easy person to get along with. Josh is attentive and considerate of your circumstances and will always work a solution out to ensure your loan gets over the line. I couldn’t recommend a better broker than Josh!! Hit him up!

Fabulous to deal with. They really go out of there way to making the whole process easy and understandable

After picking out my dream home, I set off into a world of unknown as I knew very little in terms of organising a Mortgage. I am so thankful that Josh was able to assist me on this Journey. He walked me through the process step by step, went into great detail when required, made it easy to understand and was extremely patient, supportive and understanding while I was going through some health issues. He gave me plenty of options and was in constant communications with any updates or information that I required to know and was on hand for a phone call when needed. I highly recommend Josh and his team at Bricks and Mortgage. I look forward to hopefully doing some more work with him in the future.

This is the second time we have used Josh at Bricks & Mortgage, The second experience for us was for our build loan, We had a chance to stick with our existing bank at the time but had some great feedback from Josh around his knowledge of the industry and him possibly being able to do something better then what was current with our bank at the time. Again Josh came back to us quickly with some more new banks and options that would help us save and put us in a great space for the upcoming interest rates rises, and thanks to this we found a bigger bank with better interest rates which also prevented us from putting in more savings money to add to the deposit to get over the line, now we have extra savings for after the build because of the professional help Josh and his team provided. Josh, my wife and i can not thank you enough for the hard work you have put into helping us accomplish building our forever dream home and i know we did not help the situation with constant phone calls and many silly questions we had for you even after hours. Again on this it shows how reliable and professional you are in what you do, always take a call after hours, very calm in your approach and always had solutions for our financial situations, And he doesn't stop here. Josh is already in a process with us in helping set up future investments to shed years off our mortgage. Thank you again legend for making this scary process smooth, calming and reassuring there was always a plan to help us succeed. Thank you Josh from the bottom of our hearts.

Josh is very skilled at his craft. His expertise and knowledge coupled with his easy going attitude and honesty has always meant the best product on the market is delivered every time. No amount of questions are too much - especially the same questions over and over. Thank you for the many years of advice and professional services. Looking forward to many more. Josh is a

Josh is very knowledgeable, he was able to break down the industry jargon, he was able to answer all questions thrown at him, he is honest and has been very easy (& patient) to work with on my long property journey. Couldn't not have done this without him. Highly recommend Josh has your mortgage broker.

Walked me through the whole experience and help save money wherever we could.

We have been so fortunate to be introduced to Joshua. He has been so knowledgeable and supportive with finding us our ideal home loan and assisted us greatly in discussing the sale of our first home and purchase of our upgrade. We are now in a better financial position moving forward and have plans in place for growth. I can't recommend Joshua and his team highly enough for your home loan needs. The process has been so swift and smooth and they have explained everything perfectly for us. Thank you Joshua and the finance team for all of your help for our sale, purchase and future.
