We had a couple of hiccups with the real estate from the other side not being organised, and our ‘normal’ bank. Joshua walked us through everything, got us our Preapproval, organised our loan, spoke to us in simple language about what we needed in terms of paperwork and kept us informed the whole way. As first homebuyers this was really reassuring when going through what can appear to be a complicated process. Not only was he available when we needed him but returned calls when he said, and also called us unprompted to check how we were feeling everything was going, and when we came off our honeymoon rate he helped us negotiate a better rate than what was offered by the bank rather than having to change banks for a better deal.
