Outstanding service and overall experience

I will be recommending Josh to everyone I know. He has made our experience super smooth and simple. Even though we have been constantly changing our mind with numbers and budgets, nothing fazed Josh and he would accomodate any request we had. When it came time to get our pre-approval and then full approval he worked tirelessly until everything was across the line. Answering phone calls no matter the time to help us crunch numbers on a potential house to give us piece of mind wether or not to make an offer. Our experience has been amazing with Josh and we can’t wait to continue working with Josh to build a portfolio and to smash down our mortgage. He is a super easy going bloke and couldn’t recommend him more.
