Joyce was referred to us by a friend who raved about a great experience with her. We also found Joyce to be incredibly professional, thorough and helpful at every step of the journey as we prepared to buy a home. As we're both pretty anxious about managing finances, we were very worried about over-mortgaging, but Joyce made sure we had all the info we needed to make the right decision for us. She was very patient in explaining the intricacies of the mortgage/finance process, and was so helpful in providing us with a range of options so we understood where we'd be financially if we bought a home at various points in our purchase price range. She was also wonderful and attentive in working with our Financial Planner and our Buyer's Advocate where required, to ensure our settlement process went smoothly. I was very anxious about my first home loan but Joyce really helped me feel great about buying a house by using language I could understand and showing me multiple options so I could make the choices that suited me most.

We recently purchased our first home and it was a pleasure to have Joyce as our mortgage broker. Buying a home was definitely stressful, but the mortgage was the least stressful part of it thanks to Joyce. She explained everything in detail, was quick to reply to any questions we had and kept us updated throughout the process so we always knew what was meant to happen and when. After finally signing a contract on a property, she went above and beyond to help us with some unexpected admin and liaised with the strata manager and the REA to get some technical documentation on the building that was requested by the bank. We would 100% work with her again if we were to purchase another property, and definitely recommend her to any first home buyers that, like us, feel a bit intimidated by the whole home-buying process.

We were so lucky to have Joyce as our biggest supporter during our first home purchase. She has gone over and above for us throughout every step of our purchasing journey and we can wholeheartedly say that without her behind us, we probably would not have just settled on our land to build our home. Her knowledge is incredible and she has responded clearly and promptly to any question we had about the process of home ownership, no matter how silly the question may have been. Being from NZ, we were not super aware of how the process of purchasing property worked in AU but Joyce was so knowledgeable on our situation and helped us to understand and feel confident in our purchase.
