We had a great experience working with Jono and his team. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always thinking outside the box to find solutions tailored to our needs. He took the time to present all available options clearly and answered every question we had with patience and insight. His support gave us confidence in our decisions, and we really appreciated his proactive approach.
Jonathon was such a legend! Professional, fast and answered every question. Always available to help. Turnaround time was super fast. i wouldn't bother going back to the big 4 banks.
From the moment I started dealing with Jonathan I could tell he had a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. Our finances are on the more complex side, with me and my husband both self employed so getting financing is always daunting, however Jonathan guided us though the process and was able to digest the information to present to the bank! We required multiple loans concurrently for investment and private purposes and Jonathan was able to work his magic to achieve a stream line application and approval process. We are so excited to move into our new place and can’t thank Jonathan enough for helping us make that dream a reality!
Recently used Jonathan's services again for the refinance of our development facility upon completion of the project. His knowledge and service is second to none and ensured a complicated simultaneous settlement with 3 banks was a breeze.
Jonathan and Sam from FirstPoint were faultless. Always on top of things, working at a cracking pace but also patient with me when I needed extra information as a first-time buyer. Could not recommend them more highly.
Couldn’t recommend Jonathan and the team at First Point highly enough! As my first mortgage broker experience, the team were so patient in coming to back to me on any of my questions and guiding me through the process. The team were also always high responsive and made sure I was kept up to date along the process. Thoroughly satisfied & would recommend to anyone considering utilising their services.
I had an extremely positive experience working with Jonathan. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole experience effortless. He was very approachable and catered exactly to my financial situation. Most importantly he advocated for my best interest and was honest and respectful.
We had a complex situation trying to obtain a mortgage approval and Jonathan and his team went above and beyond to make sure we achieved our dreams.
Jono is great to work with. We have worked with him a few times now and it’s made life so much easier, he handles everything, makes it simple and is on top of it all
We’ve just bought our second home with Jonathon’s help and the experience was just as smooth as the first. He’s easy to deal with, quick to respond, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. We really appreciated how straightforward he made the whole process. We’ve already recommended him to friends and will happily keep doing so. Thanks again, Jonathon!
Johnathan made the whole experience very pleasant, he was always available, very professional and made what seemed rather difficult seamless and stress free.
I have been using jono for about 10 years now and I still can’t believe how quick he moves. Every time we refinance it’s just so quick and easy and we always have confidence in jono get the job done
