Where do I start? We have been dealing with Jonathon now for over three years with the financing for our development and the refinancing for the sale process. Jonathon has gone out of his way to guide us and help us through this very complex process and there was literally nothing he wouldn't do to help us try and achieve our goals. We were tested , Jonathon was very tested throughout the term of the build and the sale but he always seemed to have the right answers and solutions to meet our needs and appease our concerns. I would highly recommend Jonathon to all my colleagues and to anyone reading this review.

A friend of mine recommended Jonathan and FirstPoint during the Covid pandemic and about 2 years ago I had my first call with Jonathan. Now that the journey of purchasing the property is over, I can say without a doubt that the customer experience has been exceptional. As the first home buyer, the process can be overwhelming and stressful. However, Jonathan has definitely made it as seemless as possible. Since the very beginning and until very end Jonathan stayed professional, reliable, responsive but above all empathetic and patient, which I am so grateful for! Now I am the friend that is recommending Jonathan and FirstPoint to my friends. Thank you Jono and team!! Its been a pleasure - and well, hope to reconnect soon :)
