Once again very happy with the effort, professionalism & communication shown by Jonathon and the team at First Point. Always there to assist with every query and need made the whole process of buying and moving into our new home a stress & hassle free experience. Would highly recommend. Thanks Team.

Jonathan recently helped us out with our refinance and his knowledge of the available options and what would suit us and our circumstances best was second to none. He also managed to sort it all out for us while we were away on holiday. He is always responsive, helpful and explains the options in terms we can understand before giving his recommendation and rationale to make our decisions quick and painless. We recommend him to our friends and family and wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Again Jonathan made the experience very smooth and easy. He is a pleasure to deal with and highly recommended.

I have worked with Jonathan on securing a few properties over the last few months. He has been the most straight forward broker I have worked with and always follows through with everything he advises. Jonathan always comes back to me with any questions I have so I am never left waiting for a response which is the type of qualities you want when buying property and working along side other people. I highly recommend.

Jonathan Harris comes highly recommended by myself. I’ve purchased 2 properties with hassle free experience.

I had heard of the work that Jonathon and the team at first point do, my loan was relatively easy but from start to finish, Jonathon and his team made things so simple. Always kept me in the loop with updates and told me everything very straight forward with no false promises that banks would offer. Very happy with the outcome. I could not recommend high enough!!

Jonathan took the stress out of our recent refinance with his exceptional knowledge and communication

I have used Jonathon and his team over the years. He seeks to understand your situation and provides accurate and detailed options. His customer centric approach enables you to know you will be getting the best deal for you, your business and your family.

He was most helpfull with the process of selling and buying our house. We had zero experience with it all and he made it all very easy for us to understand.

Jonathan recently assisted us with a refinance for our property. Jonathan strives to keep things simple and extremely transparent. He arranged the information in a very clear manner and provided us with options and professional advice at every point along the way. The process was seamless and efficient. We would recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to purchase a new property or refinance an existing one. Jonathan is passionate about securing the best outcomes for his clients. I have referred him to friends and colleagues and their experiences also reflect this. Can't recommend him highly enough

This is the second time we have used johnathon at first point, he made the process as smooth as possible with no issues along the way. Highly recommend using johnathon as an agent

My husband and I have used Jonathan numerous times for refinancing and purchasing a new property, most recently helping us get a great rate with our most recent mortgage. He’s always willing to help, nothing seems to be a problem and his communication is efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend.
