He had a strong knowledge of how to approach the loan/bank around my situation . Whilst I was hunting the market I came across a very good opportunity which required a change in plan. I called Chris on the Wednesday, he pivoted swiftly for me, was good to go by the Friday and I made a successful offer on Saturday prior to auction.
