Wow, I sent Chris an email during a long weekend, requesting a refinance, and by 9am on the first day back in the office we were in full swing. A couple of days after that we had our mortgage offer from a mainstream bank. I emailed another mortgage consultant the same time as Chris and by the time they had responded we already had the mortgage offer through Chris. Chris and team are so good to deal with, everything works really fast and smooth. Most importantly they got us a great result with our mortgage, saving us around $1000 a month.
