Chris and Ethan have been great. They help educate me to ensure I had the knowledge to make the best decision for myself and were in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. I genuinely felt they put my interests first and treated my as a valued customer and not just a number.

Chris is great. This was the third time we’ve gone through the refinance process with him and it’s always been really easy. He looks after everything and and the whole process is quick and efficient. Cheers for the help again

I once heard the phrase "people buy from people"... I could not agree more. In 20 years in business now, I have come to recognise the true value in old fashion customer service. I had only one chance to secure my first commercial property and time was certainly against me. Chris Pryer was very quick to respond to my quest to secure a commercial loan and go beyond the call of duty to move planets just to make it happen. He was most professional along the way, throughout the entire application process I was carefully guided with the right advice and there was never a time that I felt unsure or anxious. Even when we were hit with a few unforeseen variables, Chris navigated me through a new path and made me aware of what to expect along the way. He could see how much it meant to me to secure my dream property and he was adamant that he was not going to let me fall. I would highly recommend Chris Pryer, he is the best in the business.

Chris made the stressful situation of buying and selling in a market that had dropped to unprecedented levels easier then we expected. His reassurance and confidence that we could turn to him for advice and support was an experience we as a family are very grateful for and I highly recommend him because of that. To our family he was the unsung hero in us finding our dream home.

This is the second time we have used Chris and again we have been so impressed with the speed and delivery at which he turned around approvals. He negotiated hard on our rates and was available at anytime we needed him right the way through to settlement. Absolute stand out market leader.

Chris is knowledgeable of the market and able to communicate this in a way we could understand it. Very personable and listens to your needs

From the first point of contact always felt in Chris’s care and did everything in his power to give me the ultimate outcome of being able to buy an investment property. I have told all my friends and family who agree he is the best in the business!

Chris is great. Very helpful and always quick to respond. I strongly recommend.

Chris is friendly, approachable and efficient. Not only is he an expert in his field, he was also extremely helpful and took care of everything for us, with a personalised and professional approach. We'll be passing on his details to all of our family and friends - highly recommend.

We've financed with Chris for the last couple of years and it's been a very simple and reassuring experience for us as new homebuyers. Chris helped us buy our first property and helped us reassess a great rate in a tough market once our first rate expired. Highly recommend speaking to Chris and the team,

Highly recommend Chris as he helped us get refinance previously when no one else could help us Chris saved the day. Chris knew our current contract was coming to an end so before I contacted him so we can discuss it, Chris was pro-active and rang me so we can see if we can get a better quote - and you guessed it without any hassle within a week we were refinanced and saving money

We were recommended to speak with Chris Pryer from First Point Mortgage Brokers back in 2015 when we were told by other mortgage brokers that it was going to be near impossible to get loan approval. Chris was amazing from the start and obtained unconditional approval for us within a matter of days! Most recently we again engaged the services of Chris when out of the blue our dream home became available. We thought we were probably dreaming to get the bank’s approval, however Chris said that he thought it could be done, and sure enough a week later we had purchased our new home. Chris and Ethan worked tooth and nail on our home loan application and Chris did all this after only having a baby the week before! Chris by far is the best in the business and I have no hesitations in recommending his services to anyone who asks. He has achieved 2 miracles for us to date and we cannot thank him enough.
