After numerous attempts with other brokers telling me no as a first home buyer, Katrina was the first to understand my needs and what I wanted to make happen with purchasing my first property. Katrina and Grace were always on the ball with fast responses, even sometimes are ridiculous o'clock when I had a question I would receive a response. It was a bit of a tricky one as this was all completely remotely, however, they both ensured it was as seamless as possible. Katrina and Grace made the impossible happen from the get go, by telling me how much to put away each month to telling me how long I would need to wait to process the application for the best result as I had a very poor credit score and enquiry history.
