I did a refinancing of my house loan and the all process was so smooth. The team is really so supportive. I highly appreciate Katrina and Grace for helping us to get refinancing. I highly recommend to everyone to do financing with Katrina and no doubt I will choose them again for finance. Thank you
Working with Kara Parrington was extremely convenient and made it much easier to navigate the process of finding a loan. Everything was managed online, with Kara happy to take questions via phone or email. It is just so much easier to use a broker and Kara was extremely easy to work with.
Katrina is always a pleasure to work with, her knowledge and experience always help her to provide an excellent service. Katrina always responds to phone calls and emails. I would have no hesitation in recommending her as a broker. Katrina and her company has successfully supported us through two purchases. We would definitely use her again.
I had good memories of going through Parrington Finance when I bought my apartment two years ago. I never considered trying to navigate refinancing alone or going to another broker - it was always Parrington for me. The team listened to my goals and gave me a good selection of loan products to choose from. Whenever I had questions they were happy to help me understand the process and my options. Parrington is also really quick to get back to emails! I would recommend Parrington Finance to anyone looking for a loan.
I had been mucked around by a different broker and had almost given up on purchasing our dream property. My cousin recommended Katrina as she had helped them purchase a property. As soon as I contacted Katrina she showed empathy and professionalism from the start which helped ease my anxiety. We have now settled on our property and honestly could not have done this without Katrina as our broker. So thankful and grateful
As a small business owner, my application process was anything but simple. Grace and Katrina supported my wife and I through our journey in a way that was both gracious and calming. Their combined abilities made this process manageable and clear. They were on to every piece of communication immediately, and kept us both informed of every step, alleviating our anxiety before it had a chance to spiral! We cannot recommend Katrina and Her team enough. They are a godsend!

Parrington Finance and staff (Grace and Kara) made my journey of purchasing my second home and refinancing my first home so easy without the need for me to worry. They responded back to me in a timely manner via email or telephone. Explained everything so clearly for me to understand. I highly recommend Parrington Finance and would definitely use Parrington Finance again in future. Thank you very much.

Hi Parrington Finance Team, I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the outstanding service we've received from your team over the past decade. We initially engaged with Parrington Finance in 2011 when purchasing our first home. The level of support, professionalism, and attention to detail we experienced during that process left a lasting impression. Fast forward 11 years, and without a second thought, we turned to Parrington Finance again for assistance in securing a mortgage for our second house. The consistency in the quality of service was remarkable. From the initial inquiry to the final settlement, the Parrington Finance team demonstrated unparalleled dedication and expertise. They navigated through the complexities of the mortgage process with ease, providing invaluable support at every step. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Parrington Finance to anyone seeking a reliable and professional mortgage broker. Their commitment to client satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making them a trusted partner in the often intricate journey of property ownership. Moreover, the monthly draw for a $100.00 voucher is a fantastic incentive, adding a delightful touch to an already exceptional client experience. If you're considering Parrington Finance for your mortgage needs, rest assured that you'll be in capable hands. We are confident that our continued relationship with the team will be equally positive in the years to come. Thank you, Parrington Finance, for your unwavering support and professionalism. Best regards, Dan and Gigi
