Karen Long

Karen, has been fantastic with everything

Extremely attentive & professional whilst also being easy to chat to. Very happy

Karen’s communication was excellent. Her knowledge of the market and what we needed gave us confidence that we were dealing with a very experienced professional.

I’ve known Karen for about 6 years as she looked after our loans and sometimes during a tight situation. Friendly and professional, she was able to sort out our SMSF loan and look after our personal loans. She is excellent in what she does.

As we started our Infinity journey Karen was instrumental in ensuring we were completely comfortable throughout the process. She explained everything clearly and covered all areas that we had questions about. Her knowledge on the topic is outstanding, which helped us make decisions we needed to better our situation.

Karen is wonderful, and she was so great to talk to and she helped allay all our concerns. She was the reason we decided to go ahead. Excellent communication and knowledge, friendly and professional in all areas. We look forward to seeing her again soon.
