When I wanted to refinance, I wanted a broker who is patient and knowledgeable. Karen was all that and very friendly. Karen evaluated my current and future needs, made recommendations and executed them perfectly. I enjoyed our friendly chats whilst during business. I didn't know Karen was one of the top brokers for Infinity and when I found out, I felt very lucky indeed to have had Karen as my broker. Karen was the perfect strategist for us. We were very new to the process and unsure on what we could achieve. Karen was very patient and explained the whole process in detail so we understood. Karen is also a financial ninja, she is super quick on getting the process started and ensuring all of our paperwork was completed correctly. She genuinely care’s for her customers and really wants them to succeed. We can not thank Karen enough. We look forward to working with her again soon.

Karen Long from Infinity Group Australia has an incredible knowledge of how to ensure the best outcomes for her clients. I feel truly blessed to have Karen sorting out my property strategy for me. Her dogged pursuit of making sure that I had all my paperwork sorted and keeping me informed at all times has meant that I have now purchased a property in my SMSF when others said it could not be done. Karen is my go to person but the whole team at Infinity Group Australia clearly have clients best interests at heart and it shows from all the people I speak to who have also had great results. But from me it is her total commitment to getting results in my best interests that mean I am feeling a lot more comfortable about a better future. Thanks Karen you really are one in a trillion We all appreciate the hard yards you put in for all of us
