I won't pretend to understand complications with finance and I dont have to with Kate and the team at my back. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen and often have. What made them stand out? The quick response and even to the point I had no idea what to put on the forms so they helped me out with that info and took are of it all. The back and fourth I had them doing when it came to explaining what piece of info I needed and what it was for! They simplified all the jargon words and put it in words that I could actually understand. Thank you both, I am now super happy that am saving myself hundreds of dollars in interest!! Better back in my pocket than the banks!!! They both made my refinance so smooth, the 1 thing that put me off and took me over a year to sit and do! as easy as it was, geez, I wished I had got on to it earlier and could have saved myself thousands of dollars if I knew it was that easy! Kate was amazing right from the beginning with her excellent communication. Kate's consideration for personal circumstances were fantastic. I walked into meet with Kate not knowing the first thing about what I needed to achieve my desired result. I was guided through the process and what was required which gave me clarification moving forward. I had a more complex situation than usual that consisted of a longer and more complex application. This consisted of getting documents signed overseas and originals returned and that was only the beginning. Kate was fantastic her patience to guide and liaise with myself, banks and the settlement agent was made a breeze making sure all required documentation was on point as any wrong or incorrect documents would further disrupt the process.
