Kate was amazing right from the beginning with her excellent communication. Kate's consideration for personal circumstances were fantastic. I walked into meet with Kate not knowing the first thing about what I needed to achieve my desired result. I was guided through the process and what was required which gave me clarification moving forward. I had a more complex situation than usual that consisted of a longer and more complex application. This consisted of getting documents signed overseas and originals returned and that was only the beginning. Kate was fantastic her patience to guide and liaise with myself, banks and the settlement agent was made a breeze making sure all required documentation was on point as any wrong or incorrect documents would further disrupt the process.
