We have used Kate at least 4-5 times and she has also been great! Options are laid out very clearly and any questions are answered swiftly. The banks have made the lending process much more thorough then it ever was, and Kate and her team are extremely patient through the frustration from the customer's side. Special mention to Grace for holding our hand, chasing us and pushing us through the process. We got there in the end! Also who doesn't love an all women team!
