Katrina Parrington has sourced information to enable me to refinance my mortgage twice in the last 12 years. This time Kara Parrington assisted me. I love dealing with both women because they source the best options and present them in a way that I can understand, in order for me to make the best choice for myself. Fixed/variable/percentages/offsets are not my field of expertise so it is fabulous to have people I can trust, to unpack these terms and explain them in layman's language. Both Katrina and Kara are patient, diligent and good humoured. Rising interest rates and large mortgage make for a lot of stress, however the Parrington girls make it all seem easier to conquer. I can't recommend them highly enough. Over the years I have dealt face-to-face and now by phone/email. Both experiences have been fantastic. I feel that I matter and that they care. After numerous attempts with other brokers telling me no as a first home buyer, Katrina was the first to understand my needs and what I wanted to make happen with purchasing my first property. Katrina and Grace were always on the ball with fast responses, even sometimes are ridiculous o'clock when I had a question I would receive a response. It was a bit of a tricky one as this was all completely remotely, however, they both ensured it was as seamless as possible. Katrina and Grace made the impossible happen from the get go, by telling me how much to put away each month to telling me how long I would need to wait to process the application for the best result as I had a very poor credit score and enquiry history.
