I was in a weird position where I had a few conditiond that had to be met with my existing property before I could purchase this property. Katrina tackled these road blocks and provided me with different options so we could expedite the process of settling my existing property anf purchasing this new one. Katrina always replied quickly on email even if I sent it after hours. She was very knowledgable with the psosoible lenders and felt like she put my interest above all else when going through the different options. I had an unexpected issue on settlement day and Katrina was fast to act on getting the issue sorted out. I would definitely go through Katrina again should I purchase another property.
