Kerry explained things in a way that were easy to comprehend and was constantly communicating with my bank and me which made my experience less stressful then I imagined it would be. Due to my location we worked through the loan process from different states and this did not effect the service or communication. There are links and templates prepared to streamline the documentation which are very helpful.
