Amazing Support and Service

We have always wanted to build an home and after exploring this option, it almost seemed impossible. Our situation was not your average arrangement and we honestly thought we would ever achieve our dream. Kerry greeted us with a very warm welcome and big smile. She was open, honest and straight to the point. She guided us through the process, explaining everything and answering all our questions. Nothing seemed to be too hard, and she was always happy to talk. I write this review now sitting in my brand new home that we built. Something we have wanted for many years and thought was something that was out of reach for us. We had an amazing mortgage broker (Kerry) and an amazing builder (Richard, Beare Homes) and together they made the whole process stress free and smooth. Kerry is the only Mortgage Broker we will ever use. Thank you Kerry and Judy, you are amazing.
