I purchased the property last year, during peak of the pandemic and Kris played his part to get me the loan sanction letter from NAB though I already had a pre approval from other bank. One needs a lot of guidance for a first time home buyers. Me being one such client for Kris , who was referred by a friend of mine, I felt he had the right information as he deals with multiple banks. As I was able to cross check the information from my end, which we all do, Kris was most of the time patient to answer our queries which is appreciated. He is very professional compared to others. We had lot of queries in regards to interest rate (variable rate) mentioned on our loan sanction letter and mostly he answers them all though some queries remain. The pre scheduled call is a good system he follows but when the call is urgent, it might be good to text him and he generally got back. Loan approval was done within time frame first promised.
