Understands true customer service - start to end

Laszlo was incredibly helpful from the initial point of contact through to completion. He guided me through what I needed to know, assisted me with all the steps and stages and kept me on track. Nothing was too inconvenient and never once (even with my silly questions/forgetting what next steps were etc) did Laz make me feel less like his one & only customer. This is someone who truely understands customer service and goes above and beyond to make the process seamless. Worth his weight in gold. Would happily recommend him - and have already done so to my best friend. That’s how much I trust him, the team & their process.
