From the start, Lee and his team were head and shoulders above any mortgage brokers we'd dealt with in the past. Our situation was pretty unorthadox, but everybody at IHL was patient and clear. Pre-approval was granted (twice) within a day of our applications being submitted, it was completely painless on our end.
