I had a confusing loan set up by another broker. I refinanced my loan with Liam, explaining the problem and he has reduced the lenders from 3 to 1 but has given me split loans for the 3 properties that I have and made tax time a nightmare. He did not listen to me when I explained what the reason was that we were refinancing and did nothing to fix the problem once the refinancing was complete. Very bad service!
