We engaged Lucas initially for mortgage value advice, and then used this advice to upgrade our property portfolio. Lucas reviewed the finance options from multiple banks, and once we had selected our preferred finance supplier he managed the various loan splits and funding resulting in a seamless process on settlement day. This transaction involved equity and funding across three different properties, five separate loans, and bank finance of over $2M.
