There was no grey area when Luke gave us a answer to the many questions we had. Having know idea of what we were capable of achieving was very daunting for us but Luke answer to this was "I know exactly what you are capable of" Showing this level of interest in us have me confidence that we were where we needed to be and with a person who had his client best interests at the front of mind.
