Luke is down to earth and understands where most people are at with their finances. Good sense of humor which makes the introductory experience easier. He knows his stuff!!! So, all you do is sponge off him. He gives great advice, facts and guidance so you are not too anxious in making important decisions. We have no bad experiences with Luke.
