Mark was amazing! We met Mark about 5 years ago when we first thought about purchasing our first home. As life does, our priorities changed and it was a few years later that we reached back out to Mark ready to buy. Mark took his time to step us through our various options. He explained things in detail to ensure we understood all our options and what was going to be right for us. When we had a delay in hearing back from the bank and needed to extend our finance Mark was a pillar reassuring us that "Don't stress until I tell you to stress, we have nothing to stress about!". He was always available to answer my millions of questions, had a wealth of knowledge about lending and homeloans and came up with a fantastic option for me that suited my situation perfectly.
