Martie works very fast and efficient, got my finance pre-approved even before the vendor can get back to us with a registered sub-division plan which was the reason the bank cant officially approve. The resubmission was done in a jiffy too. Martie's market knowledge is wide and has no problem in answering your questions. 1 star less because there is room for improvements from his team. It would be good if the team can reconfirm on some answers and info before responding back to the me. Some occasions I was misunderstood with some wrong info and responses. Generally, friendly and fast group of people to deal with.
