This is our 3rd mortgage organised through Matt which should tell you a lot. We used Matt again as he gives clear, no-nonsense advice and provides a range of options based on your requirements without any pressure to select any one option over another. We had an issue with the bank on settlement day due to a paperwork error their side and went out of his way liaising with the bank and and their solicitors to get the issue resolved and and ensure that settlement happened on the day planned.
