I honestly can’t recommend Michael Daniels highly enough. He went above and beyond for me through an incredibly complex situation involving a construction loan for my property and then subsequently navigating through its sale. He was kind, patient, and unbelievably responsive every step of the way. His knowledge of the industry — especially around tricky loans — was outstanding, and he always found solutions when things seemed impossible. I felt truly supported through some of the hardest times of my life, and I wouldn’t be in my new home today without his guidance. If I could give him 6 stars out of 5, I would.
